Joanne K Pearce The Director of Almeria Homes I'm in dispute with. Don't trust this company or her. After staying at one of their properties this summer, she is witholding €200 Euros of our deposit, even though nothing was damaged. Claiming money for the electricity bill, which was not stated in the contract for the holiday apartment letting.
I'm taking matters further through the authorites and legal representatives.
